Welcome to the Brazz

The Brazz restaurant has sweeping views of the Carmarthen Bay through the half crescent windows, which makes it a perfect setting for a romantic meal, special celebration or simply an opportunity to unwind. Lovingly prepared locally sourced produce is imaginatively combined to create the mouth-watering restaurant menu.

The Brazz is now open every day for lunch from 12-2 pm and dinner from 7 p.m. all week. It is a place where Hotel guests and outside visitors can sit down and eat in style. The highly skilled head chef ensures a range of dishes to suit all tastes with a special focus on indigenous ingredients. The ever changing menu often features local specialities such as Penclawdd cockles, Celtic Pride Beef and Red Devil cheese.
